ENDORSEMENT:

Senator Howard Stephenson is a leading fiscal conservative in the Utah Legislature.  His respect from fellow legislators was influential in helping me balance this year's budget without a general tax increase, despite intense pressure to do otherwise.

I'm look forward to Howard's knowledge and creativity as we develop meaningful education reforms on my Education Excellence Commission. His '#1 Conservative' Ranking for 2010 and his effectiveness in getting results suggest that voters in Senate District 11 have been well-served by this dependable conservative.
