Why I'm a Republican

One of the best political speeches I've ever heard is Culture and Values, given by radio talk show host Dennis Prager before GOPAC - the National Republican Political Action Committee.

He describes in 45 minutes why Republican values must be advanced if we are to remain a free society. I have given taped copies of this speech to literally hundreds of friends and elected officials who have told me it convinced them to consistently vote Republican.

After listening to the speech, my brother-in-law, who comes from a long line of Democrats, told me he changed his party. "It clarified for me, the reasons why I could no longer be a member of the Democratic Party," he said.

I hope you'll listen and find renewed inspiration in Mr. Prager's speech:

Another great speech is Evan Sayet's Regurgitating the Apple: How Modern Liberals Think. Mr. Sayet was a Hollywood writer for over 20 years, working for David Letterman, Arsenio Hall, and Political Incorrect with Bill Maher. After the 9/11 attacks he got serious about his politics.
